Pinguins Save Christmas!!!

MacKenzie's 2nd grade class was picked to be the "actors" in the Chritmas Program. She did a great job!! :

Handel's Messiah #19 and #20

For those of you who missed it or just want to hear it again (: I had a great opportunity to sing a solo in the San Antonio West Stakes presentation of Handel's Messiah. There were three performances, one on Dec 4th and two on the 5th 2009. I sang # 19 and #20. On He Shall Feed His Flock...a soprano comes in for the second half of the song (she did great) but I edited it out. Out of the 3 shows I would not say this was my best time through but it was the only one that was recorded. (: In this preformance the mic had come down so I had to hold it which was awkward. It was still a great experience and the orchesta was awesome!!

She wrote a story in kindergarten about soccer and

told everyone she wanted to be a soccer coach when she grew up...
She loves soccer and is great defender!!!

Marin's Blessing - 2 months old

Marin is such a sweet and happy baby. She smiles all the time.
She turned 2 months in august 4th and had her 2 month check up on the 10th.
She weighed 13 lbs 11oz. She is getting chubby like her sister Savannah was.

Can't Believe my little boy has turned two (well, now he's 28 months)

He's all boy boy! Plays guns to super ninja moves...where do they learn this stuff?


He has nothing but sisters so be on the look out for him dressed as a girl when he gets older.
His vocabulary is growing thank goodness because we are tired of the screeching!!!

He is a very loving big brother to Marin and a "joyful bother" to his much older sisters.

Sugar and Spice...

Marin was born in San Antonio, Texas on June 4th 2009.

She weighed 7lbs 15oz and was 20 3/4 inched long.

I was induced at about 10am and delivered at 6:27pm ( my longest delivery). While waiting for some progression, my sister Kim, John and I passed the time telling old stories, which turned out to be pretty funny. I laughed so hard my water broke. My placenta was a little abrupted so once she crowned the Dr. used suction to help her out. That left a naughty mark!

She's perfect!

What joy to have her as part of our family!!
